At The Green Group, Diane is the Auditing and Tax Manager.
Diane joined the firm in June of 2015. She has over 20 years of experience in public accounting working primarily in the fields of Tax and Assurance.
With specializations in individual, fiduciary, non-profits, small business and entity's in taxation, she is responsible for the preparation and review of personal and business tax returns of various complexities.
Diane is a member of the firm's Accounting and Auditing Committe and Quality Control Department with focus on Auditing and Accounting for non-profit organizations, manufacturing and wholesale companies, service organizations, financial institutions, HUD agencies and real estate develop and investors.
She is responsible for larger, more complex engagements while also supervising engagements and special assignments, reviewing working papers and financial statements, as well as communicating directly with clients.
Diane graduated summa cum laude at Georgian Court University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
She has two children Nicholas and Samantha, and stays active volunteering. She enjoys gardening, cooking, camping, and environmental causes.
