James H. Benkoil, CPA, CVA, is a junior partner with the firm and has over sixteen years of public accounting experience. Jim has been with the firm since 1992.
Jim's current experience includes maintaining a diverse client base in industries such as manufacturing, distribution and service, along with handling the firm's expanding client base in the thoroughbred industry.
Jim has an extensive background with corporate, partnership and individual tax matters and with financial statement preparation. His duties also include assisting in the management of the small business department of the firm.
Jim is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), certified in performing valuations for private closely-held businesses in connection with estate planning issues, litigation and buy-sell agreements, among others.
Jim is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He is involved with various community and other non-profit organizations.
